Climate Coalition 2030

The goal of this coalition is to incentivise effective climate action by individuals and organizations anywhere on Earth in the period up to jan 1st 2030

About the coalition

Rules : Who will be rewarded

  • Anyone anywhere can be considered for the rewards
  • The reciever must be alive or the organization must exist
  • What counts is whether a CO2 emission reduction or CO2 sequestration effect is achieved - by any means.
  • Reductions or negative emissions must be easy to determine
  • Reductions must be quantified and published so that the achievement is easy to verify
  • Anyone can publish data on anyones elses reductions

    • Rules : Reward accumulation

  • The reward can be donated to the foundation (to be established) or reserved by public bodies or companies (who stake their reputation)
  • The status of the reward 'trove' will be published here. Anything that can be owned and has value can be offered as reward.
  • The reward when under control of the foundation will not go towards overhead or personal salaries. For this there can be separate donations, overhead will be minimal until 2030.
  • It can be converted to other assets to increase the intrinsic value of the funds.
  • The reward can not be managed by a bank and can not be converted in any immaterial financial asset, future, option or any other promise.

  • Achievements will be considered between jan1st 2030 and july1st2030
  • Achievements must be submitted with a date, name and description to be specified soon
  • A global ranking of individuals and organizations results
  • 4 tiers of 50 competitors will be formed (counting down from the top 200 ranked)
  • 40% of collected assets and funds will be payed out in equal parts to the first level
  • 30% of collected assets and funds will be payed out in equal parts to the second level
  • 20% of collected assets and funds will be payed out in equal parts to the third level
  • 10% of collected assets and funds will be payed out in equal parts to the fourth level

  • Recognizing this coalition is not necessary, but you can spread knowledeg of its existence
  • People can use their political influence to support the execution of the rules or increase the rewards
  • For some it may be best not to let anyone they support the coalition

  • 10.000 Euro is pledged along with the creation of the foundation by F. Rincker sept 1st 2021 along with work to allow reporting through this online website.
